Operating Outside the Box
With 3D animation, typically, everything you need to get the job done is at your fingertips, i.e. a keyboard. A new job we’re working on currently involves a historical recreation in a live event setting. To me, it feels much more like field or line producing. We’re hiring a wardrobe stylist. Talent will be piping in VO via ISDN from New York. Event specs need to be coordinated with the event manager and relayed to projectionists contracting on the job.
