Optimizing Your Ambient Occlusion Renders
Generating an ambient occlusion render pass is a great way to create and maintain realism in your 3D images because it captures those notoriously difficult shadows in the nooks and crannies of your scene or model. The downfall however is that using AO can be extremely render heavy. But, there are some things you can do to decrease render times and still utilize this very important feature.
